Gas, electrical and plumbing connections are made by a contractor licensed in the state — your own, or one we introduce. They quote that work separately and you pay them directly, so you can see exactly what each part costs.
Where projects go wrong
Rough-ins end up in the wrong place and get chased into finished concrete. The cheapest moment to make these decisions is before anything is set.
Cutout dimensions come from the equipment. Reversing the order means recutting stone.
It is the largest line most people leave out of the first budget, and the one that most changes how often the kitchen actually gets used.
